Training

In our training sessions there are normally groups covering distances from 3 miles to 8 miles and at different paces. Monday nights are usually around 5 miles and Wednesday nights 5 to 8 miles.

These sessions vary to include; hill sessions, speed work, club Handicap Run , off road or a steady pace.

In the summer we also plan some runs from local Pubs (see pub runs) once every two weeks. In the winter we do a similar thing with full moon runs (once per lunar month) which takes place at a different location than normal.
